Southern Blueberry Pie

¾ C sugar 1 qt. blueberries

3 T. flour 1 T. lemon juice

½ tsp. salt pastry for double crust pie

About 5 pats of butter

Mix flour, sugar and salt together and sprinkle over blueberries.

Drizzle lemon juice over mixture. Place ingredients in deep dish pie shell.

Arrange butter patties over blueberries. Place top crust over blueberries.

Flute the edges. Make 4 diagonal slices in top of crust.

Sprinkle small amount of sugar over top crust.

Place 4 more patties of butter on top.

Bake at 450 degrees for 10 min. Reduce heat and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
