Blueberry Delight

1 stick butter 1 12oz carton cool whip

1 C. self- rising flour 3 C. blueberries

½ C. finely chopped pecans 1 C. sugar

1 C. powdered sugar ¼ C. water

1 8oz pkg cream cheese 2 T. cornstarch

2 T. lemon juice

Mix together butter, flour and pecan and press into baking large baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Cool.

Mix powdered sugar, cream cheese and ½ of the cool whip. Spread onto cooled crust.

Bring blueberries, sugar, cornstarch and water to a boil and cook for 1 minute. Remove from heat and cool. Add lemon juice.

Spread mixture over cream cheese filling. Top with remaining cool whip. Refrigerate.
